         Herbed Cream Cheese Spread  
          
            |  | Cheese Spread This is a nice quick and easy recipe for herbed cream cheese spread that can be made ahead and kept in the refridgerator for up to 7 days. Take the cream cheese spread out about a half hour before you are ready to serve and allow to soften slightly.  |  Herbed Cheese Spread Recipe2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
 Using a wodden spoon, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Serve with toasted bagels. If prepared ahead, wrap tightly or place in airtight container in the fridge.
