Diabetic Apple Crisp
Sugar Free Apple Crisp Recipe
Wash and peel and slice the apples. Arrange the apple slices on the bottom of a 8 inch square baking pan and add water and vanilla. Combine flour, sugar substitute, cinnamon and margarine in a bowl or food processor and work with pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over top of apple slices and bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes remove apple crisp from oven and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving. Top with sugar free ice cream or whipped cream.
