This is a simple and delicious Egg Casserole / Ommelet Recipe that's sure to be a hit. This simple but elegant egg recipe is perfect for a simple family breakfast or enteraining brunch.

Egg Caserole with Breakfast Sausage Recipe

1 doz. eggs
8 oz cheddar cheese
1 cup mushrooms
1 lb. sausage browned or bacon, browned
3/4 cup milk
1/4 - 1/2 stick margarine, optional
salt and pepper

Mix Eggs and Milk in large bowl and beat lightly to combine. add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into 9x13 pan and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. allow to stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
