Grilled Salmon
Salmon Grilled with Tarragon Butter Sauce
Squeze Juice of 1/2 lemon over salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper. Over medium heat, combine butter, juice of 1/2 lemmon, white wine and tarragon in small sauce pan and cook until reduced by half. Preheat grill on high and brush rack with olive oil. (you don't need to do this if your using cedar planks) Place Salmon Fillets on hot grill and brush with tarragon butter sauce. cook for 3 minutes, turn over, brush salmon with butter sauce again and cook an additional 3 minutes. remove to plate. remaining butter sauce may be poured over fillets. cooking times may vary depending on your grill and desired doneness. Grilled Vegetables or Asparagus Spears make and excellent side dish to this salmon recipe.
