Steak and Pickle Bites Appetizer Recipe
start by placing a pickle spear at the edge of a steak and roll. wrap with a strip of bacon. slice into 1/2 inch thick slices and spear with toothpick to seal together. repeat process for additional pickles and steaks. place on cookie sheet with raised egdes about 8 inches from broiler and broil for 5-10 minutes or until bacon is browned. There may be a large amount of liquid in the pan when finished cooking. remove cooked bites to wire rack to drain for a minute prior to serving.
