Strawberry Omelet
Strawberry Omlet Breakfast RecipePrepare the French Omelet:
Melt the butter in an omelet or large fry pan over medium heat. Beat eggs just enough to break yolks and add salt and pepper. pour a little of the melted butter into the egg mix and put the pan back on the heat and add the eggs to the pan. As the eggs cook on the bottom and sides, prick any bubbles with a fork to allow the egg on top to penetrate the cooked surface. You can also lift the edges and tilt the pan slightly to let uncooked egg run under the cooked. When eggs are thickened but still soft, spread macerated strawberries over half of omelet and fold over. cook a minute more and remove to plate. garnish with whole strawberries if desired. Macerated strawberries:
