Cheese Stuffed Burgers
Cheese for stuffing the burgers. Blue cheese, Monterey Jack and Cheddar all work well. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except for the cheese. Seperate meat mixture into 16 equal burgers. Place stuffed burgers on hot grill and cook for aproximatly 3 minutes on each side for medium rare burgers.. (cooking times may vary depending on your grill and desired doneness) Topping Suggestions: For Blue cheese stuffed burgers try lettuce, tomato, and mayonaise For Monterey Jack stuffed burgers top with Salsa For Cheddar stuffed burgers try your favorite BBQ sauce. As an alternative to fries or chips, serve with grilled potatoes or grilled vegatables.
